The name VIP Bus Connection is well known in Berlin, in the surrounding region and across Germany. We stand for friendly, personal service in the bus travel sector.

Our service
VIP Bus Connection is a high-performing bus network created by the merger of three well-known bus companies under a single, modern brand. These companies have more than 40 years of experience in logistics and transport.
Our aim is the best possible service: availability around the clock, well-considered deployment planning and price-conscious offers. Whether in customer care in the office or in carrying out the most varied kinds of assignment, our staff guarantee the high standard of quality we set ourselves.

All buses have air conditioning, telephone, radio, fridge, coffee galley and toilet. A DVD system is fitted in selected vehicles; we do not offer Wi-Fi.

Our own master workshop and ongoing servicing guarantee consistently high quality and safety across all vehicles. Because we run our entire maintenance, service and cleaning infrastructure ourselves, we can be there for you around the clock.

Important notes on our offers
So that everything runs smoothly for you and for us, please note the following points. They form part of the agreements we conclude:
- All offers have been checked against careful selection criteria. We reserve the right to make changes during execution where these are caused by circumstances beyond our control or by changes on the part of our contractual partners.
- All offers and prices apply subject to available capacity. Equivalent buses may be deployed, which will have at least the stated features. When hiring in, we work only with selected, reputable business partners.
- Our prices are based on the time requirement you specify. Incidental costs arising during the journey — such as parking or toll charges — as well as significant deviations from the planned operating time are borne by the client. Additional hours are invoiced afterwards.
- When planning, please bear in mind the statutory restrictions on rest, shift and driving times for driving staff. We are happy to inform you about the details.
- Our general terms and conditions apply to all offers.
We operate in accordance with the latest safety regulations: experienced chauffeurs, impeccably maintained vehicles, and strict adherence to legal guidelines—plus, we assign additional drivers for longer journeys.
